Yako 3 phase hybrid stepper servo drive system integrated servo control technology into the digitalstep driver. It adopts typical tricyclic control method which include current loop,speed loop and position loop.This product has the advantage of both step and servo system, and it’s a highly cost-effective motion control products.

The drive outputs electric energy to the motor through the U, V, W terminals, and can only be connected to the U, V, W windings of the motor, can never be connected to AC power. The
three windings of the motor must be connected one-to-one with the three terminals of the drive. If the connection sequence is incorrect, the motor will not work properly

MS-L3 has a six-digit digital tube to display the status. When the drive fails, it will stop and prompt the corresponding fault code;
when multiple faults occur at the same time, these fault codes are alternately displayed. The drive will save the latest faults in the
EEPROM of the drive in the form of a queue, and the drive will save up to 10 recent historical faults.

Supports 1ms synchronization cycle. For synchronization cycles less than 1ms, it can support synchronization in multiples of 250µs. This makes it suitable for real-time-critical applications such as engraving and milling machines and printing presses.

Through precise adjustment of the EtherCAT distributed clock, 300 nodes can be connected over a distance of 120m with 15ns synchronization error and ±20ns synchronization jitter.

MCC800P is a PCI-based motion control card for controlling stepper motors and servo systems. Motion planning through ARM and FPGA, pulse commands can be output, which can control 1-8 axes servo or stepper motor at the same time. The maximum frequency of each axis is 4MHz, and the 8-axis encoder input signal can be detected. It supports linear and circular interpolation, supports trapezoidal and S-shaped acceleration and deceleration point-to-point motion control, and supports speed/positoion change during motion. The position command can be output by single pulse (pulse + direction) or double pulse (CW + CCW pulse); it can be a differential output circuit or a single-ended output circuit.
