YKD3606M series stepping driver is based on a new 32-bit DSP platform, designed with micro-stepping technology and PID current control algorithm, which comprehensively surpasses the performance of ordinary analog stepping drivers

YKD3608MH is a high-performance stepping driver based on new 32-bit DSP technology. The driving voltage is AC18~80V, and the current is lower than 5.9A.

Transmission rate: 2x100Mbps (full-duplex), refresh time: 100 axes x 1µs/axis transmission delay = 0.1ms

Supports 1ms synchronization cycle. For synchronization cycles less than 1ms, it can support synchronization in multiples of 250µs. This makes it suitable for real-time-critical applications such as engraving and milling machines and printing presses.

Through precise adjustment of the EtherCAT distributed clock, 300 nodes can be connected over a distance of 120m with 15ns synchronization error and ±20ns synchronization jitter.

Using an RJ45 industrial Ethernet cable, the system allows for quick connection, significantly reducing wiring workload.
