YKE5405M 5-phase Stepper Drive The YKE5405M is a high-performance digital stepper drive based on a new generation of digital control technology, specifically designed for five-phase motors. Compared to ordinary two-phase stepper drivers, its unique advantages include smoother low-speed operation and less low-speed resonance. At high speeds, it offers better start-stop performance and output levels. Internally, this driver employs a servo-like control principle, a unique circuit design, and superior software algorithm processing. Even under low microstepping conditions, it ensures smooth low-speed motor operation with low vibration and noise. Furthermore, its smooth and precise current control technology significantly reduces motor heat generation, making it highly effective in applications requiring responsiveness and smoothness. Features:  New generation 32-bit DSP control technology, offering high cost-effectiveness, excellent stability, and superior noise and vibration performance.  Optically isolated differential signal input, compatible with 5V/24V signals, adaptable to the signal requirements of different controllers.  Single/dual pulse function, adjustable via DIP switches.  Supports pulse smoothing control and pulse filtering functions, configurable according to actual usage scenarios. Features 16 levels of constant torque microstepping, supporting up to 125,000 microsteps.  Supports 8 levels of current DIP switch adjustment, with a maximum peak current of 4.9A.
