YKD3505M is a high-performance digital stepper driver based on YAKO's new 32-bit DSP technology.

YKE2405M-2A-IO Features: New-generation 32-bit DSP control technology, high cost performance A single driver controls two stepper motors of the same model simultaneously, achieving synchronized movement Triple optocoupler isolated digital signal input with one output, compatible with 5V/24V signals, supporting common cathode and common anode wiring methods Employing the latest resonance suppression algorithm, it delivers exceptional stability at medium and low speeds. The current control is smooth, precise, and results in minimal motor heating It features 8 current levels and 16 speed options The start-stop control supports two modes The operating current, speed, and acceleration/deceleration can all be set through the host computer debugging software The lock motor current can be set via the host computer, with the default being 50% of the set current It features overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and phase sequence protection functions Typical applications: Mainly used for speed control, loading and unloading machines, connecting stations, logistics transportation, transfer equipment, electronic devices, lithium battery equipment, etc. Brief Introduction: YKE2405M-2A-IO is a high-performance one to two stepper drive based on the new generation 32-bit DSP technology. The driving voltage is DC 20-50V, equipped with two motor inputs, which can simultaneously adapt to current continuous output within 4.0A (effective value). The flange is a 42/57mm two-phase open-loop stepper motor, and the drive can set the current and speed by dialing when adapting to different motors. The control mode of this drive is spontaneous pulse speed control, with 4 dials available for 16 speed segments, and can also be set to any speed range through the upper computer; Equipped with three optoelectronic isolated digital inputs and one alarm output; Internally, a servo like control principle, unique circuit design, and superior software algorithm processing are used to ensure smooth low-speed operation of the motor. Precise current control technology greatly reduces motor heating, making it highly effective in devices where users expect low heating, low noise, high stability, and high precision.

YKE5405M 5-phase Stepper Drive The YKE5405M is a high-performance digital stepper drive based on a new generation of digital control technology, specifically designed for five-phase motors. Compared to ordinary two-phase stepper drivers, its unique advantages include smoother low-speed operation and less low-speed resonance. At high speeds, it offers better start-stop performance and output levels. Internally, this driver employs a servo-like control principle, a unique circuit design, and superior software algorithm processing. Even under low microstepping conditions, it ensures smooth low-speed motor operation with low vibration and noise. Furthermore, its smooth and precise current control technology significantly reduces motor heat generation, making it highly effective in applications requiring responsiveness and smoothness. Features:  New generation 32-bit DSP control technology, offering high cost-effectiveness, excellent stability, and superior noise and vibration performance.  Optically isolated differential signal input, compatible with 5V/24V signals, adaptable to the signal requirements of different controllers.  Single/dual pulse function, adjustable via DIP switches.  Supports pulse smoothing control and pulse filtering functions, configurable according to actual usage scenarios.
