MS-Mini3 Yako 2 Phase Servo Stepper Drive


Yako 2 phase hybrid stepper servo drive system integrated servo control technology into the digitalstep driver. It adopts typical tricyclic control method which include current loop,speed loop and position loop.This product has the advantage of both step and servo system, and it’s a highly cost-effective motion control products.

  • Status Indication

 MS-Mini3 has a six-digit digital tube to display the status. When the drive fails, it will stop and prompt the corresponding fault code; when multiple faults occur at the same time, these fault codes are alternately displayed. The drive will save the latest faults in the EEPROM of the drive in the form of a queue, and the drive will save up to 10 recent historical faults.

Transmission rate: 2x100Mbps (full-duplex), refresh time: 100 axes x 1µs/axis transmission delay = 0.1ms

Supports 1ms synchronization cycle. For synchronization cycles less than 1ms, it can support synchronization in multiples of 250µs. This makes it suitable for real-time-critical applications such as engraving and milling machines and printing presses.

Through precise adjustment of the EtherCAT distributed clock, 300 nodes can be connected over a distance of 120m with 15ns synchronization error and ±20ns synchronization jitter.

Using an RJ45 industrial Ethernet cable, the system allows for quick connection, significantly reducing wiring workload.
