The AS3 servo motor can be matched with a Tamagawa high-precision 23-bit encoder (8388608p/rev) at most to improve positioning accuracy and low-speed operation stability. It can memorize the absolute position of 65535 circles, supports absolute position control and software limit, saves the limit switch origin switch, and facilitates wiring while reducing fault points.

Compared to ordinary two-phase stepper drivers, its unique advantages include smoother low-speed operation and less low-speed resonance. At high speeds, it offers better start-stop performance and output levels. Internally, this driver employs a servo-like control principle, a unique circuit design, and superior software algorithm processing. Even under low microstepping conditions, it ensures smooth low-speed motor operation with low vibration and noise. Furthermore, its smooth and precise current control technology significantly reduces motor heat generation, making it highly effective in applications requiring responsiveness and smoothness.
